Doing research makes me realize how incredible God's creation is.

Sometimes, when training the models and building the systems, I see how difficult it is to control an embodied agent to interact with the world. It's hard to process visual information, identify what matters, ignore what doesn't, and produce smooth, complex, and precise actions. Tasks that humans do naturally and effortlessly can take years of research and a huge amount of resources to achieve.

Recently, world models like Cosmos are really impressive. They aim to simulate the world so agents can learn from virtual environments instead of the real one. Yet even with vast amounts of data, algorithms, and GPUs, accurately modeling the world remains incredibly difficult and costly.

This reminds me of the Creator. We struggle to model a world that God created. We try to understand the laws of physics that He established. We spend enormous amounts of computational resources approximating the world that He spoke into existence. As I study robotics and AI, I don't become more impressed by man. I become more humbled before God.

The more I learn about perception, control, and intelligence, the more I realize how limited human wisdom is compared to His. God's ways are higher than ours, and His wisdom is beyond measure. Technology will continue to advance, but no matter how far it goes, there has only ever been, and will only ever be, one God.

The deeper I understand creation, the more I'm in awe of the Creator.

And while humanity can build machines, none of us can save ourselves from sin. Only Jesus Christ, the Creator of all things, humbled Himself, died on the cross, and rose again so that we could be reconciled to God.

All glory be to the Lord.
